Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed before 11:00 AM ET (Eastern Time) on business days will typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday–Friday). Holidays and peak sales periods may alter your shipping timeframe.

· 

· 

When placing an order, please select a secure delivery location. Once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, TIANYAN is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen.

· 

· 

Lost packages must be reported to us within 3 business days after the estimated delivery date via our Returns Page. Select “Package Never Arrived.” Refund requests for lost packages not reported promptly may be denied. Alternatively, you may contact UPS directly to file a lost package claim.

· 

· 

Please note that service and delivery estimates are approximations and not guaranteed. We partner with UPS for shipping services due to their proven reliability; however, delays may occur due to severe weather or unsafe access to service areas. TIANYAN not liable for delivery delays caused by such circumstances.

·

To modify your delivery address, notify us via our Contact Form as soon as possible. Once your order is finalized, address changes cannot be made.

· 

· 

Unfortunately, TIANYAN cannot accommodate order modifications. If changes are needed, we can cancel your order so you may place a new one. Contact us via our Contact Form within 24 hours of ordering, but cancellations after order fulfillment cannot be guaranteed. Returns are always accepted.

· 

· 

Currently, our carriers cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

· 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

· 

We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping for all orders to U.S. destinations (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, where ground service is unavailable). UPS Ground packages typically arrive within 3–8 business days after shipment.

· 

· 

Orders valued over $500 USD require a direct signature upon delivery. This requirement cannot be waived.

· 

·

Expedited Shipping

· 

Overnight orders placed on Fridays will ship on Monday.

·

While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to weather or UPS service disruptions may occur. TIANYAN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Expedited orders placed before 11:00 AM ET on business days typically begin processing within 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET begin processing the next business day.

· 

· 

Overnight orders placed before 11:00 AM ET on Friday will arrive on Monday. Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET on Friday will arrive on Tuesday.

International Shipping

We are expanding our delivery locations. For a full list of supported countries, click here (link to be added). Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.

TIANYAN uses UPS for all international orders, with negotiated rates for all services.

· 

· 

All duties and taxes are displayed during checkout.

· 

· 

International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid); no additional fees are due upon delivery.

To view duty and shipping cost estimates for a specific address, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout for a quote.

Most international shipments arrive within 4–8 business days.
