1. Return & Refund Eligibility

    • You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Product Condition

    • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
    • Products that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Non-Refundable Items

    • Return requests made after 30 days.
    • Damages caused by improper use or human error (e.g., drops, water damage, disassembly).
    • Products that have been modified or repaired without authorization.
    • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective).

2. Refund Process

1. Submit a Refund Request

Please provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name and model
  • Reason for return or refund
  • Photos or videos of the product (if applicable) to help speed up the process

2. Return Shipment

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and return authorization number.
  • Please ship the product back within 7 days and provide the tracking number.
  • Return Shipping Fees:
    • For non-defective returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • For defective products: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide reimbursement.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account.

3. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your calculator for a different model instead of requesting a refund, please mention this in your return request. Exchange orders will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it after receiving the package.

5. Additional Notes

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days and provide photos or videos. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
  2. International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and customs duties unless the product is defective.
